Vets4Pets is part of the Vets4Pets group. The clinic describes itself as a modern, well‑equipped practice with on‑site diagnostics (including an in‑house lab, digital X‑ray and ultrasound) plus a pharmacy, operating theatre and an isolation unit. Recent reviews mention both routine procedures (spay, booster vaccination) and medical problem‑solving (a cat diagnosed with a tooth abscess and treated over two appointments). Experiences appear mixed: some owners describe prompt, effective care, while others report poor communication or handling around serious illness, and disputes about charges/items and medical records.

Had a bad experience here, my young cat was diagnosed with lymphoma and the treatment and demeanour from the vet was not nice at all - this happened in August and im still thinking about how badly the vet handled the whole situation, very bad last memories of my boy, will never return.

My old cat Rocky (Rockafella) age 20+, 90% Maine Coon was really ill. I booked an appointment with vet, Alena Kyskova and I thought this would be Rocky's last visit to the vet. Alena quickly diagnosed that Rocky had a bad tooth abscess, and treated him over two appointments. Almost three weeks on and Rocky has made an outstanding recovery, putting on weight and back to his old self again. Thanks to Alena Kyskova, Rocky lives another day. Thank you vey much Alena, from Rocky and me. I have used Alena before to treat my cat Slinky, and she did a good job on her. To potential customers, if you got an ill cat, book an appointment with Alena. Cheers Chris. Theodorou.

Staff were very helpful. Our dog was due her booster, and was in season, the veterinary nurse came out to our car to save her having to go inside. Can't beat that for service and care.

If only zero stars were an option!!! Absolutely disgusted how vets 4 pets have lied on medical records! You said our boy was aggressive after you took him in for castration knowing he had anxiety. What you fail to mention is that you knew about his anxiety but still sat him in a cage for well over 8 hours. You had him in at 9am until 5.30pm without access to food or water then complained about his 'behaviour' and moan about me being annoyed with how you treated him. Theres no wonder he was stressed!!.you have Lied on medical records, seems you can't even spell correctly either. lack of empathy. Saying we were overdue for his annual vaxinations when you either don't answer the phone or have no appointments for us on time. Also overdosed him on sedative. We have those videos to prove that 3/4 days in he was still walking like he was drunk and whining (his brother wouldn't leave his side) we had to carry him outside to use the toilet/puppy pad. The cheek to charge us over £400 to sedate to do blood tests due to muscle cramps he was experiencing is appalling. All you think of is money. Avoid vets 4 pets.

My cat was taken as an emergency the vet was waiting for her when she arrived the vet attended to her straight away and we ended up taking her to the main surgery on huddersfield road . They were waiting for her and attended to her straight away . They did everything they could to save her but sadly we lost her . I cannot thank them enough for trying to save her the cost of the care was worth it to try and save her . RIP Missey you were a much loved and now missed family member .
